I just had the pleasure of assisting with the signing of a memorandum of understanding between the Boy Scouts of America and the ARRL. This is recognition of a long running partnership between these two organizations on the Radio Merit Badge, the Jamboree-on-the-Air, and the ham radio operation at the National Scout Jamboree.
